Hello, welcome to my portal, semi-sentinel-analytics. 

I am a Senior Lecturer in Power Electronics and Power Semiconductor Devices at the University of Bristol in the UK. My field of research is on performance and reliability of power semiconductor devices. I have special interests on wide- and ultrawide-bandgap power devices, including Silicon Carbide (SiC), Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Gallium Oxide (Ga2O3).

We also offer consultancy and training services on power electronics and reliability of power semiconductor devices, as Semi Sentinel Analytics, offered through the University of Bristol.
